If you would like to cancel your booking
We understand that you might not feel comfortable staying in or travelling to a Landmark this summer or may need to stay at home because of sickness, test and trace or because you or any of your guests are individually affected by government restrictions. In accordance with our normal terms and conditions, we only refund bookings that you cancel if we are able to re-let the stay or we are given significant advance notice and a cancellation fee may apply. This is set out in detail in our normal terms and conditions.
However, in recognition of the unusual circumstances we all face, in addition to our normal terms and conditions, we have launched new functionality on our website so that as a temporary measure customers can defer a July or August break, up to 14 days before it is due to start.
To do so, log into your account. Under current bookings, you will see an option to cancel any eligible bookings. When you confirm the cancellation, you will be sent a credit voucher by email to be redeemed before the end of 2021.
If you have booked a property that we let on behalf of others - namely Collegehill House, Gargunnock House, The Georgian House, Hole Cottage, La Celibataire, La Maison des Amis and Le Moulin de la Tuilerie, Wolveton Gatehouse, Oxenford Gatehouse, Rosslyn Castle, FAI Villa dei Vescovi or FAI Casa de Mar - you will need to contact the Booking Enquiries team to defer your break.
If we need to cancel your booking
Unfortunately, we had to cancel customer bookings from the end of March through to early July due to the government’s closure of UK holiday accommodation. In the event that government advice means that your property must remain closed or we cannot fulfil your booking, we will continue to give bookers the option of a refund or credit note towards a future booking. This is in line with our normal terms and conditions.
If you have any questions please contact email@example.com with your booking reference or telephone the Booking Enquiries team on 01628 825925.
