Cancellation policy and temporary flexibility

If you need to change your booking

In accordance with our normal terms and conditions, we only refund bookings that you cancel if we are able to re-let the stay or we are given significant advance notice and a cancellation fee may apply. This is set out in detail in our normal terms and conditions.

However, in recognition of the unusual circumstances we all face, if you or a member of your party test positive for Covid-19, please contact our Booking Enquiries team - with your booking reference to hand - on booking@landmarktrust.org.uk or 01628 825925 to discuss options. 

If we need to cancel your booking

In the event that Government advice means that your property must close or we cannot fulfil your booking, we will continue to give bookers a credit note towards a future booking or the option of a refund. This is in line with our normal terms and conditions.
