Development Manager (Patrons, Friends & Events)

Join our fundraising team as Development Manager (Patrons, Friends & Events) on a 12-month fixed term contract reporting to the Head of Development. You will be managing our well-established Patron and Friends programmes, mid-level giving, and donor events, with line management of the Friends and Events Coordinator. This is a maternity cover position increased to full time to add further scope to develop mid-level giving. Previous fundraising or events experience is essential, together with an understanding of supporter membership schemes within a charity. Apprenticeship Craft Trainee - Two year training position

A rare opportunity has arisen to undertake a 2 year-long training position, as an Apprentice working in the Historic Estate team of the Landmark Trust, and based at Honeybourne, near Broadway, Gloucestershire. The Apprentice would be trained under a two-year contract, supplemented by studying and obtaining a formal qualification at the highly regarded Rycotewood Furniture Centre in Oxford. The course at Rycotewood is their Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer Apprenticeship and is aimed at students who wish to gain a qualification while still getting real workshop experience at the same time.  This unique role is aimed at an individual (18 years and over) seeking to gain a formal qualification, receive expert training under a highly skilled joiner, and gather hands-on experience and knowledge working on historic buildings. Head Chef and Partner

A rare opportunity has arisen to live and work on the beautiful and remote Lundy Island. The successful applicant will have previous experience of managing a busy kitchen, We are seeking an experienced head chef who is resourceful and customer focused. We are looking for a couple with the spouse/partner being employed for other Island duties as a General Assistant.

The position is permanent and live-in on Lundy – Accommodation, travel and all utilities are provided.
