Project Administrator - Part-time (21 hours) 

We're recruiting for a part-time Project Administrator to join our Historic Estates team, based at our offices in Shottesbrooke, White Waltham. The role is to coordinate activities on major refurbishment projects and provide administrative support to the Head of the Historic Estates, Project Managers and the wider internal and external teams. The role is suited to a multi-tasker who is organised to proactively support and carry out a wide range of administrative tasks to enable projects to run smoothly and efficiently. 

You'll need to be a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage work to deadlines. Facilities Co-ordinator - North & Central Region and South/West Region

We're looking for two full-time Facilities Co-ordinators (35 hours) to cover the North & Central region, and South/West region. As a key member of the Regional team, this is a hands-on varied role including travel throughout the region on busy changeover days, providing practical maintenance skills and home, office based administration duties. Working under the general direction of the Regional Property Manager (RPM), and in close cooperation with the Regional Surveyor,  you will be responsible for developing an understanding of, and where possible undertake, urgent or necessary ongoing maintenance and repair work carried out within our conservation principals.
This role will have full responsibility for managing and logging our programme of testing, servicing and building compliance liaising with the Statutory Compliance Co-ordinator. You will work closely with contractors organising access and supervision across the region, currently, 25-40 historic buildings. Availability is required to cover weekend emergency calls on a rota basis, typically one weekend in three. Regional Surveyor/Architect - South Wales and Midlands Region  

We are recruiting for a Regional Surveyor/Architect to join our Historic Estates Department. This role is responsible for all aspects of the conservation, maintenance, repair and customer and statutory improvement works to Landmark’s portfolio of buildings and structures within their region. The range and importance of the role is considerable.  The works range from minor works (annual, cyclical and response maintenance) to planned work and major upgrades to buildings within their region, all carried out to the highest conservation and repair standards.
